<br />-- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />Extract oj Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />February 14, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1983, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Hicks, McAllister, Mulcahy and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn and <br />Christiansen; and <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-83-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted January 31, 1983, the Council <br />has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improve- <br />ment, to be completed in conjunction with Ramsey County and <br />the City of Shoreview, including all that property abutting <br />Lexington Avenue between County Road F and County Road G-2 <br />by the installation of aggregate base, bituminous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous walkway, storm drainage <br />facilities, necessary excavation, acquisition of construction <br />easements and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting <br />Engineer was also directed to include in the report the <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the <br />Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The <br />improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set <br />forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-83-1. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on February 28, 1983, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on <br />the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby <br />
