<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. p-83-l <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 28th day of February, 1983, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-83-l, to be completed in conjunction with <br />Ramsey County and the City of Shoreview, including all that <br />property abutting Lexington Avenue between County Road F and <br />County Road G-2 by the installation of aggregate base, <br />bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br />walkway, storm drainage facilities, necessary excavation, <br />acquisition of construction easements and necessary appur- <br />tenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file <br />and open to public inspection in the office of the City Clerk <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />The cost of Arden Hills' share of the improvement is <br />presently estimated at $66,000.00.
