<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-61 <br /> <br />COMMENDING CHARLOTTE K. MCNIESH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte McNiesh began her employment <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />with the Village of Arden Hills in April of 1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte began her employment as Village <br /> <br />Accountant, served as records keeper for the Police Department, <br /> <br />and, since 1973, as Clerk Administrator, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte is retiring from employment <br /> <br />with the Village of Arden Hills on December 31, 1986 after <br /> <br />twenty four (24) years of employment, and has, in her years with <br /> <br />the Village, helped to guide the growth of the Village from a <br /> <br />rural community of approximately 4,000 citizens to a thriving <br /> <br />metropolis of over 9,000 and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Charlotte's citizen contact has been <br /> <br />marked by an obvious fairness, openness and knowledge of Village <br /> <br />affairs that has engendered universal admiration and respect, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden <br /> <br />Hills City Council, on behalf of itself and all the citizens of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, expresses its sincere gratitude and thanks to <br /> <br />Charlotte for her years of leadership, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council extends <br /> <br />its warm wishes to Charlotte and Bob for continuing good health <br /> <br />and happiness in their retirement. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills Council this 29th day <br /> <br />of December, 1986. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />vf'~- <br />-.. ~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
