<br />" <br /> <br />Mailed Notice <br /> <br />f;id-d A-,& <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR DELINQUENT UTILITY BILLS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota (the "City"), will meet in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in the City of <br />Arden Hills, on Monday, September 8, 1986, at 8:30 o'clock p.m., <br />to hear, consider and pass upon any and all written or oral <br />objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed <br />special assessments for delinquent utility bills. The proposed <br />assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by <br />all persons interested in the office of the City's Clerk- <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />The special assessments proposed to be levied by the <br />Council consist of delinquent sewer and water bills which the <br />property owners responsible for them have not paid for sewer and <br />water service provided to their properties by the City. <br /> <br />The total amount of the overall proposed assessment is <br />$ !./O,.,';l(",'-IR. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for said sewer and water <br />service consists of the entirety of the City (Le., all of the <br />parcels of land located within its boundaries). <br /> <br />Oral or written objections will be considered at the <br />hearing. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assess- <br />ment unless a signed, written objection is filed with the Clerk- <br />Administrator prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding <br />officer at the hearing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />An owner may appeal an assessment to district court <br />pursuant to Section 429.081 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, by <br />serving written notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk- <br />Administrator of the City within thirty (30) days after the <br />adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the <br />district court within ten (10) days after said service upon the <br />Mayor or Clerk-Administrator. <br /> <br />The City has no ordinances or resolutions allowing for the <br />deferment of special assessment payments. <br /> <br />The amount of the overall special assessment to be <br />specially assessed against the particular lot or parcel of land <br />(the "Parcel") owned by the person(s) to whom this Notice has <br />
