<br />., " <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />4It Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 28, 1986, <br /> <br />commencing at 7:35 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br />Woodburn and Council members Hansen and Sather. Council members <br /> <br />Peck and Hicks were absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Zehm, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, Treasurer <br /> <br />Lamb, and City Engineer Christoffersen. <br />City Engineer Christoffersen referred to the Council the <br /> <br />bid tabulation in connection with Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-86-I, <br /> <br />Northwoods <br /> <br />and a <br /> <br />letter <br /> <br />from Barry Peters <br /> <br />of Engineer <br /> <br />Christoffersen's office recommending that the City award the <br /> <br />contract for the Improvement to the lowest bidder, M & M Sewer. <br /> <br />After some discussion, Council member Hansen introduced and moved <br /> <br />the adoption of the following Resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-37 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.
