<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~, d"'6" -0:7~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 28, 1986, <br /> <br />commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Hansen and Sather. Council members <br /> <br />Peck and Hicks were absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Zehm, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, Treasurer <br />Lamb and Engineer Christoffersen. <br /> <br />Engineer Christoffersen referred the Council to his letter <br /> <br />of July 16, 1986 to Northda1e Construction Company, the low <br /> <br />bidder for Combined Improvement Nos. SS-83-6 and W-86-2 (the <br /> <br />"Improvement") and to the letter from Northdale, dated July 24, <br /> <br />1986, accepting the delay of the award of bid. <br /> <br />He recommended <br /> <br />that the contract be awarded to Northdale Construction Company <br />subject to authorization by the Metro Council of a budget <br />revision and subsequent award of contract by the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Commission for its sewer project upon which the <br /> <br />Improvement is dependent. <br /> <br />After discussion, Council member Hansen introduced and <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following Resolution: <br />
