<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO, 86-35 <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING FRED SPENCER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fred Spencer has served the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br /> <br /> <br />~ Department and all the people of Ramsey County for twenty-six years, <br /> <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he has specifically served the citizens of Arden <br /> <br /> <br />Hills for eight and one-half years through the Sheriff's Patrol <br /> <br /> <br />Division, and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, he has, through the years, day and night, <br /> <br /> <br />unstintingly given his time to Arden Hills and other communities, and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Arden Hills and its residents have personally <br /> <br /> <br />benefited from his community concern for their safety, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council, on <br />behalf of the people of Arden Hills, extends sincere thanks to Fred <br />for his contribution to the community's well-being. <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th day of <br />July, 1986. <br /> <br />If~~~~, <br /> <br />Robert L.
