<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 86-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON HAMLINE <br />AVENUE FROM FLORAL DRIVE TO S. T. H. 96 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, MN was duly <br />called and held In the City Chambers In said City on the <br />9th day of June, 1986, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has planned the Improvement of <br />MSAS 102 Hamllne from Floral Drive to S.T.H.96, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CIty will be expending Municipal <br />State Aid Funds on the Improvement of this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Improvement does not provide adequate <br />width for parking on the street, and approval of the proposed <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must <br />therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would <br />be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construc- <br />tion as a Municipal State Aid project In the City has been <br />determined, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City <br />bans the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 102 <br />Hamllne Avertue from Floral Drive to S.T.H, 96. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of Arden Hills this <br />9th day of June, 1986. <br /> <br />~o-z:' ~/~ <br />, obert L.
