<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-86-l, NORTHWOODS, <br />AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Resolution adopted on March <br /> <br />10, <br /> <br />1986 <br /> <br />(Resolution No. 86-15), the Council of the City directed the City <br /> <br />Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of <br /> <br />the City's installation of sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous <br /> <br />paving, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, <br /> <br />drainage <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(Improvemen t <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />appurtenant <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />SS-W-P-ST-86-1, NORTHWOODS, hereinafter the "Improvement") in <br />connection with the NORTHWOODS Subdivision, and to include in <br /> <br />such report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and <br />an indication as to whether they should best be made as proposed <br /> <br />or in connection with some other improvements, which report is <br />hereinafter called the "Feasibility Report", and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report for the Improvement has <br />been submitted to and considered by the Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no public hearing on the Improvement is necessary <br />because one hundred percent (100%) of owners of property affected <br />by the Improvement signed the Petition therefor, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council deems it advisable to have the City <br />Engineer prepare plans and specifications (the "Plans") for the <br /> <br />Improvement, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Feasibility Report for the Improvement be <br />approved in the form submitted and be placed on <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
