<br />, <br /> <br />~ .qt?,""i-J,-f,q <br /> <br />> <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />April 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,_ Minnesota, was <br /> <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 28, <br /> <br />1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br />Woodburn and Council members Sather, Hansen and Hicks. Council <br /> <br />member Peck was absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Zehrn, <br /> <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />Lamb, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />Christoffersen. <br /> <br />Engineer Christoffersen referred the Council to the <br /> <br />Feasibility Report for the Truhler Addition water main (Improve- <br /> <br /> <br />ment No. W-86-2). He advised the Council that the construction <br /> <br />of this water main improvement should be combined with the <br />sanitary sewer interceptor project south of Round Lake explaining <br />that another public hearing on the interceptor project (Improve- <br />ment No. 88-83-6) would have to be held because two years had <br />elapsed since the April, 1984 hearing when the project was <br /> <br />ordered. <br /> <br />He stated that the plans and specifications prepared <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />covered both projects since they would be in the same excavated <br /> <br />area. <br /> <br />Council member Hicks thereupon introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following Resolution: <br />
