<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA THAT: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. The Preliminary Feasibility Report and Cost <br />Estimate for Improvement No. W-86-2 (Truh1er <br />Addition Water Main Improvement) be approved in <br />the form submitted and be placed on file in the <br />office of the Clerk-Administrator of the City, <br />and the Council's approval two years ago of the <br />feasibility of Improvement No. 55-83-6 be <br />ratified and affirmed; <br /> <br />2. The Council meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in the City on June 9, 1986 at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a <br />public hearing on Combined Improvement Nos. <br />55-83-6 and W-86-2 under and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Chapter 429 of Minnesota <br />Statutes, as amended; <br /> <br />3. The Clerk-Administrator be authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice <br />in the official newspaper, New Brighton <br />Bulletin, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall not be <br />less than three days before the date of the <br />meeting, which Notice shall be substantially in <br />the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and <br /> <br />4. The general nature, estimated cost and area <br />proposed to be assessed for the Improvement be <br />determined to be as stated in the Notice <br />appended hereto as Exhibit "A" just as though <br />the same were separately set forth and resolved <br />herein. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />seconded by Council member Hicks and, upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All; and the <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said Resolu- <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Thereupon, Council member Hicks introduced the following <br /> <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />- 4 - <br />
