<br />. <br /> <br />2. The Plans, in the form submitted to the <br />Council, be hereby approved; <br /> <br />3. The Clerk-Administrator be instructed to file a <br />copy of the Plans in the City Hall; <br /> <br />4. The Clerk-Administrator prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the <br />official paper of the City, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for the <br />construction of the Improvement which shall <br />specify the work to be done, call for bids upon <br />the basis of a cash payment for such work, and <br />shall state that: <br /> <br />(a) The bids will be received by the Clerk- <br />Administrator until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on <br />May 29, 1986 (or such later date as the <br />Clerk-Administrator deems advisable or <br />necessary under the circumstances) at the <br />City Hall at which time and place they <br />will be publicly opened by the Clerk- <br />Administrator and the City Engineer, will <br />then be tabulated, and will subsequently <br />be considered by the Council after the <br />public hearing on the Improvement on <br />June 9, 1986; and <br /> <br />(b) No bids shall be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Clerk-Administrator and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the City in <br />the amount of ten percent (10%) of the <br />amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Council member Hansen and, upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said Resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- 6 - <br />
