SS-83-6 and W-86-2 <br />(SEWER INTERCEPTOR AND TRUHLER ADDITION WATER IMPROVEMENTS) <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in the City of Arden Hills, on the 9th day of June, <br />1986, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Chapter 429 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, on Combined <br /> <br />Improvement Nos. 55-83-6 and W-B6-2. <br /> <br />Imptovement No. SS-83-6 <br /> <br />involves the installation of a sanitary sewer interceptor and <br /> <br />appurtenances across the tracts of land lying south of Round <br /> <br />Lake, immediately west of State Trunk Highway No. 62 (Old Highway <br />No. 10), north of Interstate Highway No. 694 and east of <br />Interstate Highway No. 35W. Improvement No. W~~6-2 entails the <br /> <br />installation of a water main and appurtenances in connection with <br /> <br />the proposed Truhler Addition by which the tract(s) of land lying <br /> <br />at the northeast corner of the intersection of Interstate Highway <br /> <br />Nos. 694 and 35W is being subdivided. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of Improvement No. <br /> <br />SS-83-6 is <br /> <br />$601,000.00. <br />$50,000.00. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of Improvement No. W-B6-2 is <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for Improvement SS-B3-6 <br /> <br />is the following: <br /> <br />That portion of the South 1/2 of Section 21, <br />Township 30, Range 23, in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />lying North of the Interstate Highway 694 <br />right-of-way, east of the Interstate Highway 35W <br />right-of-way, and west of the State Trunk Highway <br />No. 62 (Old Highway No. 10) right-of-way. <br /> <br />EXHIIirr''A'' <br />
