<br />City Engineer not proceed to prepare the feasibility report until <br /> <br />the petitioners have executed a development agreement. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After limited discussion, Councilman Hicks introduced and <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following Resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST 86-l <br />NORTHWOODS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, OPUS CORPORATION and GEORGE J. REILING (the <br /> <br />"Owners"), the owners of that certain tract of land lying south <br /> <br />of Interstate Highway No. 694, north of Red Fox Road, and 515 <br />feet west of the centerline of Lexington Avenue North, which they <br /> <br />propose to subdivide into a subdivision to be known as <br /> <br />"NORTHWOODS", have by Petition dated January 20, 1986 requested <br /> <br />the City to install sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, street <br /> <br />and other improvements (the "Improvements") in connection with <br /> <br />the plat of NORTHWOODS, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Petition erroneously stated that a public <br />hearing would be held after the feasibility report had been <br /> <br />prepared, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after the feasibility report is prepared, the <br />Owners may decide to do the Improvements themselves rather than <br />having the City do them in a Chapter 429 proceeding, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing is unnecessary because the <br /> <br />Owners own lOO% of the property to be subdivided as NORTHWOODS, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
