<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />benefiting a 23.82 acre tract of land and adjacent parcels of <br /> <br />land located at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br /> <br />Interstate Highway Nos. 35W and 694 was filed with the City <br /> <br />Council on March 10, 1986, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Petition be declared to have been signed by <br />the requisite percentage of owners of property <br />affected by the Improvement as required by <br />Section 429.035 of Minnesota Statutes, as <br />amended, and <br /> <br />2. The Petition be referred to the City Engineer <br />who is hereby instructed and directed to <br />prepare an analysis report as to whether the <br />Improvement is feasible and should be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement and what the estimated cost of the <br />Improvement will be, such report to the Council <br />to be prepared with all convenient speed. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Sather and, upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, all of the Councilmen voted in favor thereof, whereupon <br /> <br />said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
