<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 86-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />S.S. 83-2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Improvement No. <br />SS-83-2 as last finally adopted on August 29. 1983, was filed <br />and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September <br />28, 1983, for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing In 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />tract where It has later been divided. sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden HI lis In order that the <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, commencIng with an assessment <br />to be collected In the 1984 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW.
