<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the <br />Roseville Bank are depositories in which funds of the City of <br />Arden Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution <br />with respect thereto is presently in effect authorizing the <br />deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to <br />and supplement said corporate resolution with the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, <br /> <br />1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> <br />NAME <br /> <br />TITLE <br /> <br />Donald R. Lamb <br />Gary Peck <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br /> <br />Treasurer <br />Deputy Treasurer <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions <br />by telephone to the NORWEST BANK ST. PAUL, N.A. or the ROSEVILLE <br />BANK to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />(a) to other accounts of this corporation with the <br />Bank; or <br /> <br />(b) to other accounts of this corporation with other <br />banks. <br /> <br />2. The Bank is authorized to act on such telephonic <br />instructions received by it from anyone who represents himself <br />to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice <br />resembles the voice of such person. <br /> <br />3.
