<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />86-1 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATE <br />AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION <br /> <br />~ THIS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a meeting of the City <br />Council of Arden Hills duly called and held January 2, 1986, <br />the following resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and <br />the Roseville Bank shall be the official depositories <br />for all funds of the C~ty of Arden Hills for the calendar <br />year 1986; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer <br />shall, from time to time, ascertain that adequate security, <br />as required by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is furnished <br />by such depositories to protect the City's deposited funds <br />against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation <br />drawn on Norwest Bank, St. Paul, N.A. and the Roseville <br />Bank, hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by three <br />of the following officers: <br /> <br />Robert L. Woodburn or <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh or <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />Dale Hicks <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />Dorothv Zehrn <br />Deputy Clerk <br /> <br />Donald R. Lamb or <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />Garv Peck <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator, <br />Charlotte McNiesh, is authorized to use a signature stamp <br />at such time that it becomes legal and/or necessary for Robert <br />L. Woodburn, Mayor, or Donald Lamb, Treasurer. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Banks are <br />hereby authorized and directed to honor arid pay any checks <br />so drawn as above set forth, whether or not such checks be <br />payable to the order of one of the foregoing persons either <br />in his individual or official capacity or deposited to his <br />individual credit, and whether or not such signatures are <br />followed by the title or office of the person signing. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota <br />this 2nd day of January, 1986. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />obert L.
