<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7~ ~~-63 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />577E <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: December 3, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 3rd day of December, 1985, at 5:30 P.M. for <br />the purpose of considering bids for and awarding the sale of <br />$2,320,000 General Obligation Advance Refunding Bonds of 1985 <br />of the City, <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Robert Woodburn; CouncJlmambers Nancy Hansen, Gary Peck, <br />Thomas Sather <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councllmember Dale Hicks <br /> <br />The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of <br />notice of call for bids on $2,320,000 General Obligation <br />Advance Refunding Bonds of 1985 of the City, for which bids <br />were to be received at this meeting, in accordance with the <br />reSOlution adopted by the City Council on November 12, 1985. <br />The affidavits were examined, found to comply with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were <br />approved and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The following bids were received and opened at 11:00 <br />A.M" Central Time, of this same day at the offices of Juran & <br />Moody, Inc. in the presence of a City Official: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Interest Rate <br /> <br />Net Interest Cost <br /> <br />SEE NEXT PAGE <br /> <br />. <br />
