<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-6~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Consolldeted Water <br />Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970, <br />was fl led and cartlflad to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of Including Installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />In 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and <br />reas.essments In respect to Consolidated Water Improvement Nos. <br />68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10, <br />1970, assessments for Consolidated Water Improvement Nos. 68-2 <br />and 68-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said <br />date, to ba certified and filed In the office of the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on Decembar 10, 1970; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels <br />of property contained within said assessment roll as amended <br />have been divided and conveyed by a previous proparty owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor requires that apportionment <br />of the original assessment against each original tract where It <br />has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills, In order that the proper <br />assessment can ba extended by the County Auditor against each <br />parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assassment to <br />be collected In the year 1971 and thereafter, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Division Number DA059640 Incorporates a pondlng <br />easement on the parcel (Document' 786858) and does not Involve <br />apportionment of assessments. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills does hereby make the fol lowing apportionment of original <br />assessments as contained In said assessment roll of September 28, <br />1970 and as amended as of November to, 1970, against the nawly <br />described property as follows: <br /> <br />Name of Assessment: <br />Consolidated Water 68-2 and 68-3 <br /> <br />Division No. DA059640 <br />DIP No. 0069 <br />Aud.
