<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />O>~-_ ::S-7 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />November 12, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br /> <br />Hall on Monday, November 12, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Council members Peck and Hansen. <br /> <br />Councilman Sather appeared <br /> <br />about 7:40 o'clock p.m. Councilman Hicks was absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Engineer Christoffersen, Planner <br /> <br />Miller, Treasurer Lamb, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, C1erk- <br />Administrator McNiesh, and Deputy Clerk Zehm. <br />Engineer Christoffersen reported that the plans and <br />specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-85-2, Edgewater <br />Estates, have been prepared. He requested that he be authorized <br />to advertise for bids. <br /> <br />Council member Hansen introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-59 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-85-2, EDGEWATER ESTATES, <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on September 9, 1985 (Resolution No. 85-42), the City Engineer <br /> <br />has prepared plans and specifications <br /> <br />"Plans") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />(the <br /> <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-85-2, Edgewater Estates (the "Improve- <br /> <br />ment") and has presented the Plans to the Council for approval, <br />
