� STATE:iOF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Resol utlon No. 85-5,3 RESOLUTION RELATIN� TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSE5SMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANI7ARY SEWER iMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 WHEREAS� the assessment roll for Conso{idated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on • September 26, 1970, xas fited and csrtftied to the County Auditor of Raresey County on Octaber 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along roith real estate taxe� commenctng in 1971; and WHEREAS, a heertng on supplemental assessments and reassessments In respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve- ments No. 12 and 13 was held o� November 30, 1970, at whtch time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and t3 were amended as provlded by said resolutlon of said date, to be certified and itled In ths office of the County Auditor of Rams�y County, on December 30, 1470; and WHEREAS, stnc• November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of property contained within satd assessrt+ent roll as amemded hav beeA divided and conveyed by a prevfous property owner; and q'NEREAS, the County Auditor of Remsey County requtres that apportionment of the orlginal ass�ssment against each origlnal tract wher� lt has tats� been divided, sold or conveyed� be made by the City CouncPl of the City of Arden Hllis, in order that the propor assessment can be extended by the County Auditor agatnst each parcei of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected tn the year 1971 and thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Couocil of the Ctty of Arden Hilis does hereby make the fotlowing apportionment of original assessments as contatned tn said assessment roll of Septembar 28, (9TO, and.as amended as of Wovember 30, 1970, agatnst the follow- ing descrfbed properties: •
