RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Resolution No. 85-J>3 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, 1970, wu filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencIng In 1971; and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassessments In respect to ConsolIdated Sanitary Sewer Improve- ments No. 12 and 13 wu held on November 30, 1970, at whIch time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by saId resolution of said date, to be certified and filed In the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, on December 30, 1970; and WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been dIvided and conveyed by a prevIous property owner; and . WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by tha City Council of the City of Arden HII Is, In order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor agaInst each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected In the year 1971 and thereafter. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportIonment of orlglna' assessments as contained In said assessment roll of September 28, "70, ancl. as amended as of November 30, 1970, against the follow- Ing described properties;
