<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />;~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-52 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />W-P~SS-76-1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Improvement <br />W-P-SS-76-1, as adopted on August 28, 1978, was filed and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 10, <br />1978, for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing In 1979, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978 a number of parcels <br />of property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Remsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />tract where It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, In order that the <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lot lines of lots 1,2 and 3, block I, <br />Karth Lake HII Is were slightly adjusted to accommodate a house <br />that was wrongly positioned on lot 3, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved the adjusted lot lines, <br />and has letters on file requesting that the original assessments <br />not be reapportioned as the result of the lot line adjustments. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby make <br />the following apportionment of the original essessments as contained <br />In said assessment roll of August 28, 1978, against the following <br />described properties; <br /> <br />. <br />
