<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-49 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED FOR LEVY YEAR 1985 <br />PAYABLE IN 1986, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON 1972 <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES 2 AND 1977 <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, County of Ramsey, that the following sums of money <br />be levied for levy year 1985, payable in 1986, upon taxable <br />property in said City of Arden Hills, for the following purposes: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Shade Tree Disease Control <br />Sewer Utility <br /> <br />$758,810 <br />3,480 <br />124,540 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1985, <br /> <br />payable in 1986, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows: <br /> <br />1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 <br />from $40,100 to 0 <br />1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds <br />from $14,400 to 0 <br /> <br />due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there <br /> <br />are sufficient funds to pay 1986 bond installments and the <br /> <br /> <br />funds have been irrevocably appropriated. <br /> <br /> <br />Passed and approved by the Arden Hills City Council <br /> <br /> <br />this 30th day of September, 1985. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />R~~~ <br />Robert L.
