') <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />,..--.?.:7- IIv <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />September 9, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, September 9, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Council members Hicks, Hansen, Peck and Sather; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Charlotte McNiesh, City Clerk- <br />Administrator 1 Dorothy Zehm, Deputy Clerk; Donald Christoffersen <br />of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, City Consulting Engineer 1 Donald <br /> <br />Lamb, City Treasurer; and James Lynden, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn opened the public hearing on proposed <br /> <br />Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-85-2, Edgewater Estates and asked <br />Clerk-Administrator McNiesh if she had the affidavits of publica- <br /> <br />tion. <br /> <br />She answered that she had an affidavit stating that the <br /> <br />notice was published in the New Brighton Bulletin on August 21 <br /> <br />and 28, and that notices were mailed to affected property owners <br /> <br />on August 28, 1985. <br /> <br />City Engineer Christoffersen was asked to briefly describe <br />the improvement. He did. <br /> <br />George Winiecki addressed the motion made by Hicks <br /> <br />relative to the Park shore Drive cul-de-sac easement dedication 1 <br /> <br />asked if it could be changed to a "temporary" instead of a <br />
