<br />i -~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVE- <br />MENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improve- <br />ment W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />on October 9, 1979, for the purpose of Including Installments <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes com- <br />mencing In 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels <br />of property contained within said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />requires that apportionment of the original assessment against <br />each original tract where It has later been divided, sold or <br />conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, In order that the proper assessment can be extended <br />by the County Auditor against each parcel of property there- <br />after. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Arden HII Is does hereby make the fol lowing apportionment of <br />original assessments as contained In said assessment rol I of <br />August 21, 1979, against the following described properties: <br />
