<br />\ <br />jo(" ... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-36 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />W-P-SS-76-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement <br />W-P-SS-76-1, as adopted on August 28, 1978, was f lied and <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 10, <br />1978, for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing In 1979, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978 il number of parcels <br />of property contained withIn said assessment roll have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br />orIginal tract where It has later been divided, sold or <br />conveyed, be made by the City Councl I of the City of Arden <br />HI lis, In order that the proper assessment can be extended by <br />the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills does hereby make the fol lowing apportionment of <br />original assessments as contained In said assessment roll of <br />August 28, 1978, against the fol lowing described properties: <br />
