<br />J1f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-35 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />No. 72-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rol I tor Water Improvement <br />No. 72-1 as adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and certl fled <br />to the County Aud I tor of Ramsey County on Octobe r 5, 1973, for <br />the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be collected <br />along with real estate taxes commencing In 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since September 6, 1973, a number of parcels <br />of property contained within said assessment rol I have been <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br />original tract where It has later been divided, sold or con- <br />veyed, be made by the City Councl I of the City of Arden HI lis, <br />In order that the proper assessment can be extended by the <br />County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councl I of the City of <br />Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of <br />original assessments as contained In said assessment roll of <br />September 6, 1973, against the following described properties: <br />
