<br />( <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />". <br /> <br />7tc; 6"5":- J ~A <br /> <br />fs-- .,1" <f/~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 12, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 12, <br /> <br />1985, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Sather, Peck, Hansen and Hicks; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Engineer Christoffersen, Treasurer <br /> <br />Lamb, Planner Miller, Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, Deputy Clerk <br />Zehm, and Public Works Supervisor Raddatz. <br />City Engineer Christoffersen referred the Council to his <br /> <br />letter of August 9, 1985 regarding Hamline Avenue Improvement <br />85-1, Phase I, which covers the addition of fill surcharge to <br /> <br />that segment of Hamline Avenue running from Floral Drive on the <br /> <br />south to State Trunk Highway No. 96 and the tabulation of bids <br /> <br /> <br />received by August 7, 1985. Engineer Christoffersen noted that <br /> <br />approval of the bid award should be subject to approval of the <br /> <br />plans by the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />He indicated that, to date, <br /> <br />formal approval had not as yet been received from the State. <br /> <br />After discussion, Council member Hansen introduced and <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />
