<br />.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS WP ST 84-1 <br />ROYAL HILLS NORTH, DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Improvement No. SS WP ST 84-1 relates to <br />the improvement of the South 1,800 feet of the West 1/2 of <br />the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23 situated <br />in the County of Ramsey and City of Arden Hills including <br />installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewers, <br />aggregate base, bitwninous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter <br />and the acquisition of right-of-way and necessary appurtenances <br />thereto, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area previously <br />described, and the City Engineer has determined that the con- <br />tract price for said improvement is $273,432.00 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement will be $123,085.00 so that the total cost of <br />the improvement will be $396,517.00 and of this cost, the <br />City will pay nothing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $396,517.00. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk-Administrator, together with the as- <br />sistance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith <br />calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such <br />work against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land <br />within the improvement affected, without regard to cash valuation, <br />as provided by law. She shall file a copy of such proposed <br />assessment in her office for public inspection. The Clerk- <br />Administrator may arrange for the as&istance of the Data Processing <br />Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the <br />proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk-Administrator shall, upon completion <br />of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for <br />their further action and for their setting of an assessment <br />hearing therefor. <br /> <br />4.
