<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON HAMLINE AVENUE <br />FROM EIDE CIRCLE TO WYNCREST COURT <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Arden Hills, MN was duly called and <br />held in the City Chambers in said City on the 12th of August, <br />1985. <br /> <br />~ WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of <br />MSAS102 Hamline from Eide Circle to Wyncrest Court, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State <br />Aid Funds on the improvement of this street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate <br />width for parking on the street, and approval of the proposed <br />construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must <br />therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would <br />be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction <br />as a Municipal State Aid project in the City has been determined, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City <br />bans the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 102 <br />Hamline Avenue from Eide Circle to Wyncrest Court at all <br />times until said road is widened to meet MSAS requirements. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of Arden Hills this <br />12th day of August, 1985. <br /> <br />i?~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I, Charlotte McNiesh, Clerk Administrator of the <br />City of Arden Hills, do hereby certify that the above is a <br />true and correct copy of Resolution No. 85-30, passed by the <br />Council of the City of Arden Hills at its meeting held on the <br />12th day of August, 1985. <br /> <br />~L.ctbr?Jf~ <br /> <br />City Clerk Adm~nistrator <br />
