McGuire, the petitioner, of a letter in which he agrees to pay for all costs of the preparation of the aforesaid feasibility report if his Edgewater Estates project is abandoned. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution 2. was duly seconded by Councilman Sather and, upon vote being taken thereon, all of the Councilmen voted in favor thereof, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
