<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85-11 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOWING MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY TO OPERATE <br />A STATE GAMBLING CLASS B LICENSE IN THE <br />BIG TEN SUPPER CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS. effective March 1, 1985. all lawful gambling will <br />be subject to licensing and regulation by the State Charitable Gambling <br />Control Board. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant for said State license is required <br />to notify the City that a gambling license application has been sub- <br />mitted to the State Board. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the gambling license. if approved by the Board. <br />will become effective within 30 days of said notice to the City unless <br />disapproved by the City Council. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Minnesota <br />North Star Chapter, has applied for a Class B Gambling License to <br />operate at the Big Ten Supper Club. 4703 N. Highway 10. in Arden Hills, <br />and notified the City on January 28, 1985 of the application. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City Council reviewed the request at its <br />meeting on February ll. 1985, <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE.
