'!he Grantor and Grantee (collectively referred to as "Parties"). Wl'lNESSElH WHERlWl, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 226 , the Grantor has granted and the Grantee has accepted a non-exc1usive revOCiiE!e franchise to operate, construct, maintain and reconstruct a cable television systEm within the City ("Franchise Agreenent"); and . J)Ja1. Cable - Initially, Grantee's dual cable systelll will have one cable activated with a fifty-nine (59) chamel capacity.
