<br />-..... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO COMBINED <br />IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for CombIned Improvement <br />W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was fIled and <br />certified to the County AudItor of Ramsey County on October 9, <br />1979, for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencIng In 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of <br />property contaIned within said assessment roll have been divided <br />and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County AudItor of Ramsey County requIres <br />that apportIonment of the orIginal assessment agaInst each original <br />tract where It has later been dIvIded, sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the CIty of Arden HillS, In order that <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the CIty CouncIl of the CIty of Arden <br />HI lis does hereby make the following apportionment of original <br />assessments as contaIned In said assessment rol I of August.21, <br />1979, agatnst the following described properties: <br />
