<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES <br />FOR ANIMAL CONTROL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Code of Ordlnences of Arden Hills, <br />Section 5-59, provIdes that Impoundment fees ere to be estab- <br />lished by Resolution, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Animal Pound Agreement between the City <br />of Arden Hills and Brighton Veterinary Hospital establIshes <br />'additIonal charges for anlmel control, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the following <br />charges are hereby established: <br /> I. $10.00 per animal for pick up. <br /> 2. $ 4.00 per dey for boarding dogs. <br /> 3. $ 3.00 per day for boarding cats. <br /> 4. $ 5.00 per day for Isolating dogs. <br /> 5. $ 3.50 per day for Isolating cats. <br /> 6. $14.00 per animal weighing up to 39 Ibs, <br /> delIvered by the City, to be destroyed <br /> In a proper and humane manner. <br /> <br />7. $17.00 per animal weighing 40 Ibs. or <br />more delivered by the City to be destroyed <br />In a proper and humane menner. <br /> <br />6. $11.00 per animal to dispose of dead anImals <br />delivered by the City. <br /> <br />9. Owner of claImed animals will pay 100~ of <br />medical charges. <br /> <br />10. $75.00 per month for administration fee. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thIs Resolution super- <br />cedes Resolution Nos. 80-6, 80-8 and 81-42, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this ResolutIon be effec- <br />tive January I, 1965. <br /> <br />Pa~sed by the Arden HIlls City Council on the /f!~day of <br />Jenuary, 1965. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />obert L.
