<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Norwest Bank St. Paul. N.A. and the Roseville State <br />Bank are depositories in which funds of the City of Arden Hills may be <br />deposited. and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently <br />in effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal 'of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement <br />said corporate resolution with the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED. <br /> <br />1. Anyone of the following persons: <br /> <br />NAME <br />Donald R. Lamb <br /> <br />TITLE <br /> <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by telephone <br />to the NORWEST BANK ST. PAUL. N.A. or the ROSEVILLE STATE BANK to transfer <br />funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />(a) to other accounts of this corporation with the Bank; or <br /> <br />(b) to other accounts of this corporation ,with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The Bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions <br />received by it from anyone who represents himself to be any of the above- <br />named persons whether or not his voice resembles the voice of such person. <br /> <br />3.
