<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-73 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1994 COMPENSATION PLAN <br />FOR NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council has studied the current employee <br />compensation practices; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a 2 percent increase has been budgeted for annual <br />salary increase, and the compensation plan meets the <br />budgeted amount for 1994; <br /> <br />FURTHER, a study is anticipated later in 1994 regarding job <br />evaluation and market value; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills that the attached Compensation Plan be <br />adopted effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br />HILLS THIS 27TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1993. <br /> <br />7iLu t:tL <br /> <br />Thomas R.
