<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING WATER UTILITY RATES <br />EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city council established a policy to review water <br />rates on an annual basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city staff has reviewed the utility cost <br />structure and has recommended that the Arden Hills City council increase <br />water utility rates, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate increase <br />is necessary to enable the utility to remain self-supporting, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective January 1, <br />1994, water utility rates be revised as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Residential minimum charge <br />Rates per 1000 gallons <br />winter <br />.
