<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES <br />AND ELIMINATION OF SECTIONS 3-26 & 3-27 <br />OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS SECTION 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code provides that <br />permit/license fees be established/amended from time-to-time by <br />Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff had viewed and after careful consideration, <br />recommended changes in the present fee schedule; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the staff recommendations and <br />determined at its regular meeting of November 8, 1993 that the Dog <br />License fees and Liquor Investigation fees be increased; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed Sections 13-26 and 13-27 of the <br />Arden Hills Code and has determined that these sections of the Code <br />be eliminated; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following fees are hereby <br />established: <br /> <br />Doqs <br /> <br />Even Years (2 Years) <br />Odd Year (1 Year) <br /> <br />$15.00 <br />$ 7.50 <br /> <br />Investiqation Fee <br /> <br />Liquor License Applicants - 1994 <br />Liquor License Applicants - 1995 <br /> <br />$150.00 <br />$200.00 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the above fees and changes to the Arden <br />Hills Code shall be effective January 1, 1994. <br /> <br />PASSED BY THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL THIS 8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, <br />1993. . --1 ) f <br />/~;4 M:*--- <br /> <br />THOMAS R.
