<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-56 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING SHOREWOOD HILLS NO. 6 UTILITY EASEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Shorewood Hills No. 6 is located within <br />the city of Arden Hills and was recorded as Document No. 1431522, <br />Ramsey County records; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has received a request from <br />a property owner to vacate a certain utility Easement located <br />within the plat of Shorewood Hills No. 6 which Easement is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The designated 20 foot utility Easement which commences <br />on the South Line of Shorewood Hills No. 6 and terminates <br />on the North line of said plat; and which traverses Lots <br />2 through 7, Block 29, of said plat excepting therefrom <br />the northerly 3 feet as measured perpendicular to the <br />North line of said plat and further excepting therefrom <br />the Southerly 3 feet as measured perpendicular to the <br />South line of said plat (herein the "utility Easement") ; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the request to vacate the Utility Easement was <br />reviewed by the Planning commission on the 3rd day of November, <br />1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the request to vacate the uti 1 i ty Easement; the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission; and citizens' comments <br />were reviewed by the Arden Hills City Council at a public hearing <br />held on the 3rd day of November, 1993, which was preceded by two <br />weeks published and posted notice; and which was preceded by ten <br />days mailed notice as is required pursuant to M.S. S412.851; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has determined that it <br />is in the public interest to vacate the utility Easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City <br />Council hereby vacates the following described utility Easement: <br /> <br />The designated 20 foot utility Easement which commences <br />on the South Line of Shorewood Hills No. 6 and terminates <br />on the North line of said plat; and which traverses Lots <br />2 through 7, Block 29, of said plat excepting therefrom <br />the northerly 3 feet as measured perpendicular to the <br />North line of said plat and further excepting therefrom <br />the Southerly 3 feet as measured perpendicular to the <br />South line of said plat. <br />
