<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-53 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE CITY HALL REMODELING PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council approved on September 27, 1993, the <br />remodeling of city Hall for staff space needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, three quotes have been received for this remodeling <br />project and the following list of contractors and <br />their quotes were received by the city of Arden Hills <br />on September 27, 1993: <br /> <br />Pleasant View Homes, Inc. <br />Hass Construction <br />Cirks Construction <br /> <br />$12,436 <br />14,344 <br />15,142 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and <br />directed to execute, on behalf of the City, such contract <br />with Pleasant View Homes, Inc. for the remodeling of City <br />Hall. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />HILLS THIS 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 199 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
