<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-49 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1993 ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1993 Arden Place <br />Drainage Improvement project was held before the Arden <br />Hills city council after ten days mailed notice and <br />two weeks published notice of the hearing was given; <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council has duly considered the Feasibility <br />Report and those matters presented at the public <br />hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the <br />matter; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The 1993 Arden Place Drainage Improvement project is <br />hereby ordered as recommended in the Feasibility <br />Report dated September 9, 1993. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of October, 1993. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THOMAS R.
