<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-47 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-44 <br />DESIGNATING COST TO BE ASSESSED IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1993 ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 93-44, the Arden Hills City <br />Council determined that the City would assess <br />$19,750.00 against benefitted parcels in connection <br />with the 1993 Arden Place Drainage Improvement <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Councils' determination was based upon <br />estimates received from the City Consulting Engineer <br />as opposed to actual bid receipts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is now in receipt of bids for the <br />construction of the 1993 Arden Place Drainage <br />Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the actual low bid received and the project cost <br />approved by City Council is increased to a total <br />anticipated cost of $28,137.50; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the actual cost including overhead is the amount of <br />$28,137.50; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. That Resolution No. 93-44 is hereby amended to indicate <br />that the city Council has determined that the assessed cost <br />for the 1993 Arden Place Drainage Improvement project will <br />be in the amount of $28,137.50; and <br /> <br />2. That the City Administrator with the assistance of the <br />Project Engineer shall recalculate the proper amount to be <br />specially assessed for such improvement against every <br />assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land, with regard to <br />cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall have <br />available to the city Administrator's office a copy of the <br />proposed assessment roll for public inspection. <br /> <br />3.
