<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-46 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1993 <br />ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 93-43, competitive bids were <br />solicited and received for the 1993 Arden Place <br />Drainage Improvement as set forth in the bid <br />tabulation attached thereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council has considered the amount of the bids <br />and the responsibility of the bidders and determined <br />that Jedlicki Construction of st. Paul, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following list of contractors and their bids were <br />received by the city of Arden Hills on September 27, <br />1993: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Jedlicki Construction Co, Inc. <br />Bituminous Consulting & contracting <br />Ro-So Contracting, Inc. <br />palda & Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />$22,510.00 <br />23,005.00 <br />30,840.00 <br />39,585.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city <br />of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and <br />directed to execute, on behalf of the City, such contract <br />with Jedlicki Construction Company, Inc., as is approved by <br />the city Attorney for the completion of the 1993 Arden <br />Place Drainage Improvement according to the approved plans <br />and specifications designated in Resolution 93-43. <br /> <br />2.
