<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - 39 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING A FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE <br />MATIER OF THE ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT OF 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by <br />installing storm sewer facilities (the improvement); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS a feasibility study was previously prepared and approved in September 1991, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS Council must first order a feasibility study in order to consider making the <br />improvement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />This matter shall be referred to Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., who is requested to <br />provide to the City Council a report advising, in a preliminary way, whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and whether the improvement should thus be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 30th day of August, 1993. <br /> <br />--riM if/tit-- <br /> <br />Thomas Sather, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />026-2607,Bug <br />
