CITY OF 1lRDEN HILLS IWfSEY CXlllNl'Y RESClLUTICtl' N:). 93-35 RESOLUTrCtl' I>EFERRIm lISSESSED OOST OF IMl'RClYmmNT FCR BlTlIMIl<<lUs OYERIAY IN THE MM'TER OF THE 1993 PA'VEMPNr ~ IMl'RClYmmNT PROOECT WHERElIs , the assessment for bituminous overlay in the matter of the 1993 Pavement Maintenance IIrprovement Project has been adopted in the final assessment roll by the Arden Hills City Council at their May 10, 1993 public assessment hearing; and WHERElIs, the property owner of 3915 Roll~ Hills Road has requested that the city of Arden Hills defer the assessment f= said property as defined by Minnesota statute No. 435.193; and the property owner of 3915 Roll~ Hills Road has established the economic hardship of the assessment that would be incurred to the reasonable satisfaction of the Arden Hills City Council; WHEREl\s, Kllf, 'lHEm:Fc:m:, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota : 1. The Arden Hills City Council is of the opinion that the assessment for $319.31 f= the property owner at 3915 Roll~ Hills Road would =eate an economic hardship. 2. 'Ihe Arden Hills City Council has the authority as defined by Minnesota statute 435.193 to defer said assessment for Jolm F & Gertrude H Clifford of 3915 Roll~ Hills Road, PIN ID: 28-30-23-24-0009. 3. The assessment f= Jolm F & Gertrude H Clifford of 3915 Roll~ Hills Road, PIN ID: 28-30-23-24-0009 is hereby deferred until one of the following events occur and then such deferred assessment shall be paid in full: A) The OWner of the property dies and the spouse is not eligible f= a defennent; B) the property is sold; = C) the City Council detennines that a hardship no longer exists. 4. The assessment of $319.31 shall be added to the property taxes at such time that any of the corrlitions outlined above are met. ~~4z Passed and adopted this 14th day of June, 1993.
