<br />- <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-30 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city is considering the final sale of <br />the following described property which has been used as the <br />site for a sanitary sewer system lift station; <br /> <br />Unplatted Land in section 21 Township 30 Range 23, <br />the North 150 ft. of the South 597.5 ft. of the <br />East 100 ft. West of the Westerly line of the <br />Anoka Cutoff of the Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~ <br />of section 21 Township 30 Range 23. <br />(PIN: 21-30-23-41-0003). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city's Director of Public Works has <br />indicated that the operation of a sanitary sewer system lift <br />station on this site is no longer necessary for utilization <br />of the City's sanitary Sewer System. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan in regard to the utilization of this <br />property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Arden <br />Hills City Council hereby determines that the proposed sale <br />of the lift station site has no relationship to the City's <br />Comprehensive Municipal Plan; that this matter need not be <br />referred to the City's Planning commission for review; and <br />that the lift station site may be sold as the Council <br />determines in the City's best interests. <br /> <br />PASSED AND <br />HILLS THIS <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />"TH D>Y DF MAY.
