<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-28 <br /> <br />HONORING EAGLE SCOUT SCOTT MCLEAN FERGUSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council <br />recognizes that the highest rank awarded by the Boy Scouts <br />of America is the rank of Eagle Scout, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Scott McLean Ferguson of Arden <br />Hills has completed the requirements for the rank of Eagle <br />Scout by earning 21 merit badges, planning and directing a <br />major community service project and serving in a troop <br />leadership position, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Scott McLean Ferguson distinguished <br />himself by leading members of his troop in an extensive <br />service project relating to installation and construction of <br />benches, trail markers, waste receptacles and signage along <br />the trail system in the City of Arden Hills, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Scott McLean Ferguson earned not <br />only the traditional merit badges of the Boy Scouts but <br />chose such elective badges as electronics, computers, <br />engineering, aviation, skiing and American business. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the <br />Arden Hills City Council, on behalf of Council, Staff and <br />all the citizens of Arden Hills, express the sincere <br />gratitude and congratulations to Scott McLean Ferguson for <br />attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and for his dedicated <br />service to the community. <br /> <br />Passed <br />Council this 26th day <br /> <br />and adopted by the Arden Hills City <br />of April, ""~'" ~ <br /> <br /> <br />Thomas R.
