<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNFSOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 93 - 21 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SOLICITATION OF <br />COMPETITIVE BIDS FOR THE REPAIR, REFURBISHING, <br />AND REPAINTING OF THE FERNWOOD AVENUE WATER TOWER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, prior inspection of the Fernwood Avenue Water Tower revealed the need for structural <br />repairs and modifications; and <br /> <br />w1iEREAS, visuai inspection of lhe paint both inside and outside said water tower revealed chipping, <br />scratching, and chalking; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has established long term need for the storage capacity of said water tower. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. is designated as the Project Engineer for this improvement and <br />shall coordinate, with the Public Works Director, the preparation of contract plans and <br />specifications for repairs, refurbishing, and repainting of the Fernwood Water Tower. <br /> <br />2.
